As we come to the end of another busy year at Roupell Park, I want to take a moment to say a heartfelt thank you. Your energy, feedback, patience, and participation have helped shape so much of what we delivered in 2025. Whether you attended an event, reported an issue, volunteered, or simply shared your views. You have contributed to making our community stronger, safer, and more connected.

Looking ahead, 2026 is set to be an even more exciting year, with a number of new projects and improvements already in motion:

More Community Events & Activities

We will be expanding our programme of events, including family days, wellbeing sessions, cultural celebrations, and activities for residents of all ages. We want Roupell Park to continue being a place where people come together and feel part of something positive.

Capital Improvement Works

In 2026, we will begin a new round of investment in the estate. This includes planned improvements such as kitchen and bathroom upgrades, as well as other essential works to keep our homes safe and maintained to a high standard.

Health, Wellbeing & Inclusion Projects

We are developing more community-led projects focused on physical and mental wellbeing, including exercise sessions, social inclusion activities, and age-specific groups to ensure everyone—from young people to older residents—has a space where they feel supported and welcome.

More Volunteering Opportunities

We will also be expanding volunteer opportunities across the estate, from community centre support to resident-led groups, events, and environmental projects. If you’ve ever wanted to get involved, 2026 will be the perfect time.

Your Voice Matters

Finally, your suggestions will continue to guide our plans. Throughout the year, you will receive surveys and opportunities to share your ideas. If there is something you want to see on the estate — a project, an event, or an improvement please tell us. If it’s possible, we will do our best to make it happen.
