If you need to cancel or ask about a refund, please contact us directly.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the trip.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip, unless in special cases.

Non-Refundables

• Group or family passes are non-refundable if partially used.

• No refunds for missed departures or no-shows.
