Change of Gas Servicing Contractor
From 2nd October 2025, we will be changing our gas servicing contractor.
After 5 years with Swale Heating (now Sureserve), we have decided to appoint Clapham Heating, a trusted local contractor.
This change has been made to improve responsiveness and deliver better value for money for RPRMO residents.
Clapham Heating will be responsible for servicing gas in blocks with individual boilers, which include:
- Albury Lodge
- Capel Lodge
- Deepdene Lodge
- Hyperion House
- Fairview House
We look forward to working with Clapham Heating and ensuring a smooth transition for all affected residents.
