We are funding free hair services for eligible residents, because we believe everyone deserves to look and feel their best, whatever their budget.

All completely free for those who qualify, as part of the RPRMO’s ongoing commitment to supporting residents on the estate.

Who Qualifies

If you live on Roupell Park and you’re under 18, or you have a child under 18, you could be eligible.
