About

Proud Since 1995

Roupell Park RMO

We are a not-for-profit, community benefit society responsible for the management of 572 homes on the Roupell Park estate.

Our organisation is run by residents, for the benefit of all who live here. More than 150 households are registered members of Roupell Park Resident Management Organisation (RPRMO), each holding a £1 share and actively participating in decisions that shape the future of our estate.

However, our work extends beyond our membership. We are here to serve every resident on the estate, ensuring that all voices are heard and that the entire community benefits from our efforts.

Resdident Led

Roupell Park is managed by a volunteer board of residents, elected at our Annual General Meeting or co-opted during the year. These individuals generously give their time to help shape services around the needs and priorities of our community.

We are committed to transparency, resident engagement and delivering excellent services. Any surplus we generate is reinvested directly into the estate, helping to improve our homes, enhance shared spaces and strengthen local services for everyone who lives here.

what we do

Our Pupose

Mission

We build trust and strengthen neighbourly connections by being helpful, dependable, and responsive to our community’s needs.

By listening carefully, acting with integrity, and responding with care, we ensure residents feel confident, valued, and connected.

A strong community starts with people and we put people first in everything we do, every step of the way.

Vision

We aim to create a welcoming and inclusive place to live.

We want new neighbours to feel at home from the moment they arrive, long-standing residents to feel proud of their community, and everyone to feel a genuine sense of belonging.

Our goal is to ensure that all voices are heard and valued as we work together to shape the future of our estate.

VAlues

We are guided by the values of openness, community, trust, involvement and long-term thinking.

These principles shape every decision we make, helping us to build a neighbourhood where people feel supported, informed and genuinely included. By working together with residents, we strive to create a transparent and sustainable environment that will continue to thrive for generations to come.
