Roupell Park RMO
We are a not-for-profit, community benefit society, managing 572 homes on the Roupell Park estate.
Our organisation is run by residents, for residents. Over 250 households are registered members of RPRMO, holding a £1 share and playing an active role in shaping the estate’s future. But we serve everyone on the estate, not just members.
Resident Led
Roupell Park is managed by a volunteer board of residents, elected at our AGM or co-opted during the year. They give their time freely to shape services around the needs of our community.
We focus on transparency, resident engagement and service excellence, and any surplus is reinvested back into our estate to improve homes, shared spaces and local services.
