Rechargeable repairs are repairs costs that you are responsible for paying. Our DLOs can undertake a limited number of rechargeable works, for example changing a lock or unblocking a sink or renewing taps. We charge £50 per hour plus VAT, and the costs of the parts used. Please note that our priority is to deliver the repair service within the agreed service standards, so if you request a rechargeable repair, please bear in mind that it is subject to the availability of labour and parts.
