The best way to pay your rent is to set up a direct debit. That way you know your rent will be paid on time. Come to the office and we will set one up for you.

There are other ways to pay your rent including via the Council Website (link) or using your payment card.
 
You may be entitled to benefits and we will be able to give you advise about this. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that you get the benefits you are entitled to and that your rent is paid.
