We are a Tenant Managed Organisation with 571 properties, 15 staff and 11 current Board members. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to our tenants and leaseholders which is responsive to their needs and sees every one of our residents as an individual.
 
This Website is one of many ways we have to communicate with our residents and we hope that it provides you with the information you need about us. Job alert – Office Cleaner vacancy

We are looking for a dependable person who is an excellent cleaner, discreet and physically able to manage the role.
 
The position is to clean our Community Office, Maintenance office and our Community Centre. The hours are 12.5 per week or 2.5 hours per day 8am to 10am although we can be flexible with times.
 
The rate of pay is £10.00 per hour.

OUTCOME OF THE CONTINUATION BALLOT 2022: 96% of all votes are YES for RPRMO

On behalf of the Board and all Staff at Roupell Park RMO, this is to thank our residents for their ongoing support and confidence in RPRMO.
 
The results of the ballot vote 2022 are as follows:
 
We received a total of 222 votes: 214 or 96% of all votes, voted YES to retain RPRMO to manage your property, a result which has delighted all of us. Only 8, or 4%, voted NO. Of those who voted, 96% of the tenant vote and 97% of the leaseholder vote was for YES.
 
Votes by rating were as follows:
1. Excellent – 50% of Tenants 52% of Leaseholders (45% overall)
2. Good – 36% of Tenants 34% of Leaseholders (41% overall)
3. Fair 10% of Tenants 9% of Leaseholders (12% overall)
4. Poor 3% of Tenants 4% of Leaseholders (3% overall)
This means that 86% of you rated our service either good or excellent.
 
We will continue to look at ways we can further improve and deliver even better services to you and ensure that we also increase our levels of accountability to you. We look forward to working with you over the next five years.
