IMPORTANT NOTICE
A date for your diary:
Dear resident,
You are invited to the
Roupell Park General Meeting
On Tuesday 21st April from 7pm – 9.00pm
Venue: Roupell Park Community Centre (next to Hyperion House)
The meeting starts at 7.00pm with some light refreshments. This is your opportunity to meet our resident Board members, introduce yourself and have a chat in an informal setting. The formal part of the meeting will cover topics such as:
- Anti Social Behaviour (ASB)
- A reminder of Roupell Park (RP) Constitution and Rules
- Understanding what a complaint is
- Improvement works around kitchens and bathrooms
- Update on community events and community programme
- You will have a chance to have your say under Any Other Business (AOB)
This meeting is open to all, but if there is a vote, only Members will be eligible to do so. Being a member gives you the right to elect members of the Board or even to join them and put yourself at the heart of making the choices that will shape the future of the Estate.
I would love to see you at this meeting; this is a great opportunity to share your observations, opinions and suggestions, constructive criticism and/or praise for the good work we have done. All this helps us highlight the areas which need improvement!
