Dear Resident

I am writing to invite you to a meeting for all residents of the Roupell Park Estate. It will be held in the Roupell Park Community Centre next to Hyperion House on Tuesday 9 February 2016 at 7pm. Light refreshments will be available before the start of the meeting. This is an opportunity to hear what is happening on the Estate, to let you know our plans for the future and for you to give us your views on how we are doing and what should be done to improve the services we provide. In particular we will be discussing the way in which we deliver the repairs and maintenance service to you.

The Agenda will be:

• Welcomes and Introductions

• The future of the repairs and maintenance service

• Major works to the outside of the blocks

• Making good on interior work – what progress have we made?

• Getting involved – how can you help run your own community

• Fun Day – Saturday 2 July

• Any other business – your chance to have your say

During the evening, if there is a vote only Members will be eligible to do so. Being a Member gives you the right to elect members of the Board or even to join them and put yourself at the heart of making the choices that will shape to future of the Estate and community.
